Pam Carey and Julia Child

Pam Carey, Chef/Owner Serving Thyme, Inc. attended the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY and Le Cordon Bleu Paris, France. She was the assistant to famous Chefs at Degustibus Cooking School in New York for over the past 16 years.

Pam has cooked with renowned chefs: Jacques Pepin, Andre Soltner, Jacques Torres, Alain Sailhac and Daniel Boulud and the late Julia Child.

Pam completed the Master Gardening Course at University of Connecticut this past November and is now a Master Gardener.
